Ana’s Maid Services provides regular housekeeping service to more than 200 homes, apartments and businesses each week. Our housekeepers carry all of their own cleaning supplies, including name-brand cleaning products and commercial vacuum cleaners.

Price per cleaning varies according to the size of the home, frequency of service, and type of service. In addition, Ana’s Maid Services reserves the right to charge an additional fee for your first cleaning. This is to allow for additional time for the housekeepers to clean your home and familiarize themselves with your cleaning needs.

Studio $55
One bedroom $65
Two bedroom $75
Three bedroom $85
We accept cash and checks

Maid services include:
Kitchen: stovetop, countertop, sink, microwave, fridge exterior, coffee maker, toaster, cabinet exterior, wash dishes, clean dishwasher, and floor.

Bathroom: Shower, tub, faucets, sink, mirror, countertop, toilet, and floor.

Living room and Bedrooms: Make bed, dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpet and mop floors, Windex mirrors.Note: Wash windows, interior of fridge, oven and laundry* are ten dollars extra.

* Laundry may be up to two loads of clothes only. We provide our own cleaning supplies and vacuum.

Move out rates:

One bedroom $120
Two bedroom $140 Three beddroom $160

Move out include:

Kitchen: Stove interior and exterior, cabinets and drawers' interior and exterior, fridge, interior and exterior, sink, faucets, microwave, clean dishwasher, and floor.

Bathroom: shower, tub, toilet, cabinets and drawer interior and exterior, mirror, faucets, sink, and floor.

· Wash balcony windows inside and outside
· Vacuum carpeted floors and mop floors
· Clean washer and dryer
· We also do post-construction cleaning
